    Real time. Or you can speed them up if you want. VATSIM makes no difference on the time.

    If you go like EGCC-EGKK would be 40 to 1:10 min
    But if your a hardcore simmer and do KJFK-LIRF in a hardcore plane 9 hours.
    And its againist rules to pause or speed it up
