could it be that your network (for example netgear) or your router has the word "habbo" filterd out, i had that once, my dad didnt like habbo so he banned it on the network :-(

have you tried just reloading the whole internet explorer page like closing and reopening?

Maybe add Habbo UK into your trusted sites and try again.
