fire giants under the waterfall or ogres in latha's training camp?

I dont think I can get to fire giants... Is that for waterfall quest??? I did it but i dot know how to get back in

You get in there the same way you got in before, you need tobring the glarials amulet and a rope

erm like north west of ardougne.

they'res like, ogres or something behind a cage.

thats how i did it.

and they drop big bones so good for prayer also.

and also, if your out of arrows, just be a noob and pick the other peoples arrows, they wont mind as they would have left them anyway.

Firegiants in brimhaven dungeon/waterfall, ogres are good if you have the quest done and arent picking up arrows
