Usually for luring youd want ice spells/hold + a high str dds spec

But pking magic + range

Ice/hold then range from distance.

When luring you dont need to stay a distance just need to kill them asap

And i believe info is using his acc as a luring

The mage + range combo only really works for deep pking, because if you did it at edge you wouldnt be flamed for being a farcaster.
