This is ma veiw on what av seen around tradin rooms, you may not agree and that's fair enough. This is not a guide of any sort unless you agree


Lazer Gate 12hc - People that are lookin for them will pay the habbox price yet people are havin trouble sellin because they are not in high demand and seen as hard 2 sell which i think mostly is true, overall i think they are hard 2 sell but nice peices of furni, will they come out? i think within next 6-8 months yeah but that's along time away.

Gold Nelly 3T 5Hc - These for some reason are dropping in value rapdily and at 1st i wasnt sure why? but now i think it's because it's been high for along time and there's little scare they may come out soon as a super rare like this that's been high for along time hasn't come out really, will it come out? i don't think it will for along time but will eventully. i think they will drop to around 3T for ahwile and stick but again like lazer gate they are becomming hard 2 shift.

Dino Egg 2T 20-25Hc - These are really droppin jus because they are rumoured to be comminn out in the catalogue, i think they will to be honest within this next week after the hatch quest ends...i do think if they do come out they shud not come out for long and shud not drop to the value of 1hc which people are thinkin they may. dino egg is a legend of a rare in my veiw has been for along time but however i think this pay me the legend super rare of 2003-2007. i expetc they will continue to drop untill released. However if they dnt come out in cat they will rise and for people whom bought them now profit all the way lol

Red Birdbath 3T 5Hc - This is a tricky super rare it's back on the rise up after droppin alot. this rare along along withe the blue will not come out in catalgoue in ma opinon even tho i heard in 2 different tradin rooms people thinkin they will. i don't think they will come out and this super wil hover around 3T 5hc mark

Blue BirdBath 3T 5Hc - Agen this super i don't think will come out in catalgoue but will hover aound this value for along time perhaps go up to 3T 10Hc in the near future tho These are sellin just as good as the red

Infobus 5T - I think this in ma veiw is a bad super rare doesnt look smart really but can be high in demand as there are very few in the hotel. this is 1 of the supers that cud come out anytime really but i dont think it will for like 1 year or something probarly longer. Alot of people wanting them just because there so rare, the value i set this as is the price i see them goin at mostly
