It looks fake to me, the graphics are off the Sims 2 and some of the images just look like photos. However when companies are first making games, the content isn't always what they intend it to turn out as. The Gamespot website isn't loading properly ;/.

This isn't real. This was made 4 years ago and said it is fake. The Sims 3 comes out in 2009 which means 2 more years still left which means the game isn't even in colour yet. Also look at that video, wth?

Not real, all of this stuff can probably be downloaded and the fact that it has the Sims 2 graphics, and that the sims don't look like sims give it away.
The game is still in development, I doubt they would release screenshots, 2 years before the release date.
I guess most of the people are still working on the next extension pack.

But The video is funny, its taking the pee out of sims 1 and how they dont move properly ect
