Technically, YES.
They are MOVING PICTURES, and movie is short for moving pictures.

It was a good concept, however it was a COMPLETE take off of the book "1984", And yet, there was no recognision of the book!
ALSO, the female actor wasn't all that good.

High School Music is mega crap though. All Disney programmes that include real people are crap, and most of the cartoons.
