Habbo Template Request

Heya Habbo's!

Im looking for a new template for a site im releasing soon. This template should look similar to www.ehabbo.net and be fully coded. HTML would be nice. php is ok to. ;]

If you are willing to help me out with this template, please private message me or post below and maybe i can get you an admin spot on my site, that is, when i release the user system. ;]

Well, depending on how good it is, i might be able to pay a little bit. Umm, make the template very similar to ehabbo.net as i said before, and show me a preview of the template through email or instant messenger, then if its good and i accept it, then ill pay you.
