    Default Can't eat healty

    hi guys i really good do with your help.
    I have this big fuss with eating healty for some reason i just can't do it. and all credit to my mum for not giving up shes giving me healty meals every day still but i just can't eat healty do you guys have any tips i need badly. shes already talking about being sent to a dietistion xS

    Meh, eating healthy is unheathy, Most health based foods dont actualy include the nutrients needed to keep people alive. Take Super size me, the guy eats McD for a month or so. If you tryed that with a diet food the subject would have likly died of malnutrition. To much of anything is bad.

    I can't comment on this much as I have very unusual eating problems and don't really have a very healthy diet, though I appear to be skinny.

    I think your mum taking you to a dietician is taking it a bit far. Do you mind if I ask if your obeist?

    I do not eat healthy and im 8 Stone. I just can't figure it out! I always eat tons + never put on weight, it kinda helps but I wna put on weight lol
    Tips for Stayin Healthly:
    > Eat your 5 a day, I manage to get this by eating a big bowl of fruit in the evening. It can be quite norishing!
    > Think positive thoughts, If you have willpower you can get healthy!
    > Do some kind of excercise EVERYday! - I find Powerwalking very good for your health even though it is embarassing.
    > NEVER! - Eat too much. [Even though I do] But this is bad, and if you can get over this it is really good for your brain!
    > Avoid bad habits like chewing nails! - This helps. It is good for your brain and motivates you to do something!

    no i am not obease. i think the reason 4 my mum ssying she will take me to the dietition is only a threat because i would just refuse. And i have just this thing in my head that it will be horrible, i fit into the catergory ,you eat with your eyes. But i would love to overcome this but as i said before its not exactly as if my mum can do anything more as she is cointinug to try to feed me my vitiams and whsat not
