Well if he has left for Runescape like ROB! states then why would he want to let them go up in value. He wouldn't be trading them and even if he did, then someone would've eventually come out with it.. Maybe an Habbo Help Tool email to check what the official count of Infobuses on the hotel is in order just to prove a point? That is, if you dont want the Infobuses going up in price.
I believe him anyway, he's probably deleted the Infobuses as many of his friends may have been begging him for one of the two Infobuses and he just couldn't decide, therefore he deleted them.
