Anyway, I was wondering what is better exercise, doing 1100 jumps on a pogo stick or going on the excercise bike for a half hour, +rep for help

Anyway, I was wondering what is better exercise, doing 1100 jumps on a pogo stick or going on the excercise bike for a half hour, +rep for help
ummm im not sure really, both are a quite good methods of excercise i surpose, probz the pogo stick one:s
I suppose both are good way to exercise I say just go with the one you enjoy more and push yourself that little bit more everyday. If you like the pogo stick more if you done 1200 one day maybe do 1250 the next day and so on. Or if you like the exercise bike better then if you do half an hour one day do 35 minutes the next day. I say just go with the one you feel more comfortable with and enjoy doing.
I think it depends on what you like doing better.. Bike is probably better in my opinion. but that is becuase I love cycling. They are both good excercise but the bike concentrates most of it on your legs whereas pogo stick is your arms moving it up and down. Bike is more of a fitness thing whereas pogo sticks are things which you do for fun but really its up to you![]()

Bike for 30 mins, and right eating, omg, you'll lose so mucg with that

Go for bike but step up the time you spend on it =)
Will make legs alot stronger and also help lose alot of weight
