Uploading Script - Allowed File Types?

Hello!

Im putting together a collection of scripts I found on the internet for a Uploading Scripts. I know everybody is going to say "There is too many" But i dont care!

I need suggestions to the max size (currently 10mb per item but can increase to much more!)
And also what file types to allow...
Currently i have:

array('.zip','.jpg','.png','.gif','.bmp'); 

Anything else required?
