Blatently not his server, probably a reseller. Otherwise he would have a larger consideration and knoledge of stream rates, pricing and software.

You want quality, you buy access to premium cast-control. Reaosnable knoledge. Most of all Supreme support.

Something a free host never provides.

In My opinion, I would not go with this guy.
So cheap prices suggests it is not his server clearly, he is probably running it unknown to his hosts, and will go down soon!
And also, he is running the lite version of CastControl. Buying the profesional Cast Control suggests you are serious about selling shoutcasts.
