    k so iv filled out the form on paypal mobile and at the bottom it ses call me now. click here to see sceenshot. if they call u wot do they say and wot do they do. please help

    I think they do a text call with that robot like voice to say its activated, might aswell just click 'call me now'.

    They will call you, then the robot will say type in your PIN number, then you will have to type in your PIN number into your phone.
