Ahh! Why can't I get into the Hotel?

Everytime I try to go into Habbo hotel I click on the link 'Join for free' and log in with my detail, it comes up with the new window and then a box comes up saying: An error has occurred while communicating with www.adobe.com. The software installation was not complete. Please check the internet connection or try again, I click ok and Shockwaves loads up but before Sulake loads up it comes up with: Thios application requires and Xtra (Font..) that either does not exsist or failed to instalize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s). I click Ok again and up comeas another box saying: Cast member not found then another box saying Error -2147219501 and then it doesn't do nothing. What should I do and how do I fix this problem? Please help guys!

It did that for a little time for me but i just kept goin then left it for 1 hour then tried again then it worked if not uninstall Shockwave then reinstall
