why spend time copying it, when you could have just print screened it? that one is worse, and the bbc will probably be just as inclined to complain about that as they would if you had taken their actual layout. however, it's unlikely they'd ever see it since i can't imagine a rush of traffic coming to your site any time soon. if i were you, i'd just make your own original layout.
