Not too sure what you mean. But if your talking about threads that are unacceptable that get moved, we do that so others don't see the inappropriate content they have on them . Its much faster to move threads that have to remove the content on each thread (specially if there are lots of them).

Wow I don't even remember making that post or how I managed to keep my spelling so good. :p But yeah that's all true.

Although the question isn't addressed towards me when we hire Moderators we take in to account other factors than how many posts they've reported.

For example the person's past behaviour and how they behave with people on the Forum (i.e. posts) and generally what kind of person they are. Most important we look at their past behaviour including whether members have been banned or are cautioned/have been cautioned in the past.
