the reason the age is 16+ is cos girls cervix's havent matured properly until round about then so having sex in adolecent years can cause cervical cancer.. I AM BARE BRAINY.

I see no problem as long as its not just a random person who you met 10 mins ago. If you actually like/love the person and you have the necessary precautions, go for it.
