your data like fingerprints dna and things are still kept so if you do something and say trace fingerprints you still have the chance of being charged/caught
yes but your fingerprints are still on police record etc. so say you was to shoot someone and they found the gun and they will check the fingerprints on there database to get a match and you would pop up and have a great chance of being found guilty so you think its all good the slate is wiped but its not
Nope its only a final warning and I was told in either 5 years or when im 18 (and 18 comes first) everything gets wiped ;] - Probably because I was young, maybe when your older its a different story then?
You get a juvinile record until your 18 so if you do "do" something illegal you get whatever punishment for the juvi law or whatever. When your 18 your officially apart of senior law or something so if you go rape someone you get fully charged for it, but if your younger you get a less sentance. Well thats what my law class is anyway.
i don't know, i have had a few letters home to my mam and dad from the police but i have never actually been arrested... does tht go on ur records?
No i am not stupid enough to get caught.![]()
