He could be on a break.
Could be checking for problems with snow storm if there had been a few complaints about it then he would report it to the tech ppl.
Could be there due to reports for rule breaking etc.
Its no big deal.

Does it really matter if he has a couple of games when he's on his mod account?
It was after 12 am, which means there wouldn't have been a lot of CFHs and there probably would have been another MOD on anyway.

And how do you know he wasn't on a break? Mods are allowed breaks you know..
