which is what you were given, it just needs to be in a downloadbale format, zip, or whatever "/

as a warning some host dont allow ceratin file types

To Compress the File right click the file...



Then Upload the file and link it as /FILE.zip

Yes, Once they get the file they can Un-Zip the file

Aslong as it can Host .Zip files and I think even freewebs Hosts .zip
