I found out why there is a Witch hat and broom! - Kids in Sweden dress up as the Easter Witches and go from house to house wishing people happy Easter. They get sweets in return for a drawing or song. Legend has it that the witches fly to Blue mountain the same night to meet the devil. lol so Easter in Sweden is like Halloween elsewhere.
