    Default I'm quite impressed...

    I'm quite impressed at how the values of new HC furni started. Quite a good number started at 10+, and alot are resting at quite good values.

    The butler especially.

    yeah but for what i have seen a few hc rares are going to fall
    Did you know?

    The early rares are falling rapidly (Mega tv springs to mind) but some are holiding their own as people are starting to buy to make rooms look nice rather than just for the novelty
