Regarding the bold part, if I am not wrong, it shows elapsed months, which means the months that have already past. It should show 9 months in your case.

It used to say month ... until the new hc furni etc. Before purchasing it showed 9 months expired and now it shows 9 elapsed periods. ;l and now the maintenance error has gone after logging in but still NO PRESENT! ;l

I sent an email to habbo regarding my problem, here's the reply I received:

Why have I not yet received my HC gift?
Have you recently extended your membership? Or bought a block all at once? Just
because you have done these things does not mean you will get your gifts
straight away. Your gifts will come once a month every month. The day you start
you get one gift, then after 31 days another, then after another 31 days
another, and so on. You will need to remember when you first joined and work it
out from there. If you extend your membership 15 days before it runs out, you
won't get your new gift straight away - you'll have to wait for those 15 days to
be up first. Don't expect to get a gift immediately, just because you extend
your HC membership. Habbo Club gifts can arrive at any time during the month, if
you know for certain your Habbo club gift has not arrived in a full month,
please reply directly to this email.

So I will have to wait for the whole month to complete and if, after then, I still don't receive it, then I may reply. So I guess we'll have to play the waiting game then. ONLY 26 more days that it might come within.
