Hello, can you give some back ground info on this please.
First I heard it was illeagal and should be deleted, now I'm hearing it's worth 20 HC (on the rare values page).
So what's going on, and what should I believe?

It is a scripted peice of furni, there used to be a program you could script with which added extr colours to the plastic (formerly plasto) page in the catalogue and some of the furni survived the purge and is still in circulation. I recommend you don't try and buy it becasue many people are scammed from thinking they are getting a rare pod and it's just a norm one.
