After reading the article on SharpeNews I want to open a site like it, I know people will say "copy cat blah blah" But I have a vBulletin owned license which we could use and found www.Connect-Talk.com (I can get domains etc) so anyone interested in helping?

It may work it may not? But if we can knock SharpeNews off the list who knows ;D

Also any ideas for names etc?

Heya guys hmm news crib well it sounds ok ish lol

all i can say is good luck there isnt no chance on this earth you are taking over SharpeNews in a hurry the site has over 12,000 people on itr at once at the moment. So that will be ahrd to beet.
I will love to see you as it were flatten SharpeNews and take over it lmao,
Also i hope you have thought about data protection licences you will need your webserver to have them if you are doing this and you will need it registered with the british goverment.
SharpeNews pays lodes of licences i hope you have thought of all of that it also has something which by the looks of it your site will lack.

people are not greedy on SharpeNews they do the site for love and fun not because they are stupid teenagers thinking they can make 8.5 million by clicking their fingers HAHAHAHAHA!

Well you have to get all of your stuff up and then you have to get the hits have the licences and the control panel (SharpeNews's InTouch control panel does alot more than just news) so maybe think of that and then how much time it takes to run a news site the dedication through thick and thin not just money money money GRAB GRAB.

Well good luck and dont just do it for the money because i doubt wou will get their fast and by fast i mean within the next year and by then most of you will have gotten bored with the site and moved on.

Well thanks Davy I ain't doing this for money tbh I am doing it to just show people we can beat SharpeNews also we are getting a CMS etc and I can't wait for this to be up and running, also I have my own p4 dedicated server to run this on ;D

Lol i'm a server tech at sharpenews,, and trust me mr. nelson does not have the skill to be what sharpenews is now,, all the stuff you need to do, like DPA etc.. i'll give you 1Million Pounds if you can knock sharpenews off, sharpenews is the 1st and true young peoples news site and ermm your not gonna get close just like that, sharpenews has been running for 5years now and it is having a change, which will be the new era of sharpenews.. just you wait mr. nelson -- and if you threaten any sharpenews staff again we will take it legally.
