Perhaps download/buy some antivirus software e.g. Mcafee so that you can get rid of a logger (which i assume you must have) so that it doesn't happen again...

Dont accept anything, dont download anything, dont visit any dodgy sites.

It amazes me how many people report being hacked when the only thing ive ever had hacked is my email, and that was because my recovery question was incredibly guesssable

Unless you accept something off someone YOU CAN'T BE HACKED. No- one can hack you unless you're foolish. If they could they would've walked around habbo and hacked every single rich habbo in sight.

By 'hacking' most people mean keylogging, well yeah it's possible if you open dodgy e- mails or visit dodgy websites. There's only a few thousand people worldwide who could 'hack' into the habbo server and steal your account via the server's database of passwords (which are probably encrypted) and they're probably dealing in much bigger things than habbo hotel.

Hacking has aquired a new definition The 1337 scr1pt0rs call it owning but that doesnt sound right. By my books, hacking is gaining access to something that youre not supposed to have access too. "Breaking in" would be a suitable synonym

Okay, but your definition is redundant considering no- one can 'hack' your account unless YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO. If they could they would have robbed every single habbo in all 29 hotels.

Any website telling you that there's an 'ultimate password hacking program' is lying.

In the one or two cases where the habbo server has been 'hacked' I would guess someone had managed to find the IP of a moderator and had gained access to their account.

What do you reckon I should do?
Shall I create a new account and transfer all my furni.
But then what about my Habbo club on my old one?

Maybe I should create new account and just visit my old one monthly and get free gifts.

Maybe shall I just change my password but maybe I was keylogged.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

Man why does everyone worry so much, lmao. I just got permed, I lost over £250 worth of furni, including a 2 month HC membership and 80 HC sofas, DON'T WORRY. It's not like losing a house or a car, keep a daily update on your friends list and start up again, use the old credit card and boom you're back in the game.

I've been permed twice, both times I lost over £100 worth of furni, big deal, imagine if atom27 or one of those big casino guys got permed?

If you get banned, try logging in once more, because several scripters have the power to create a CS mod tool, so it says 'A Moderator Kicked you out of the room- Permanent Ban for Illegal Activity/ T&C violation', however since no- one has ever properly server- sided a mod tool (otherwise habbo would have been shut until it was patched), it's a way for scripters to ban their enemies, working on the basis that no- one bothers logging in again after they see that they have a permanent ban.

If it was a real Habbo Staff member who banned you, then you won't be able to log back in again, but if it was a scripter it will be fine.
