Seems like a problem with swiftswitch, I'd use a different client, As above mIRC vIRC or the Swiftirc.net website (CGI:IRC)

I've tried them aswell just now, they keep failing

Well, on the SwiftIRC website, I used mIRC that didn't work, so I removed it, but on the web based one PJIRC I got this message:
Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection timed out: connectIncase you cannot read my signature properly, my user name on runescape is Scriptermone.

I used to get that when i was on 3+ other accounts.
What do you get when your on SwiftSwitch?

Well, im on the swiftswitch one, but no one can hear me, then it disconects after a little while. This is the chat log when im in there:
(23:20:21) <+Scriptermone> someone speak to me
(23:20:23) <+Scriptermone> PLEASe
(23:20:28) <+Scriptermone> say hello Scriptermone
But no one replies
