Well, theres the Club or the Bar you could own. Hire staff to serve the Habbos which come in with Drinks etc. Theres the School, you could make a school and gives Habbos a huge wide of educational subjects. Or you could like make a Hotel, may sound funny having a hotel inside Habbo Hotel, but I've seen them before, can be popular. Like Hebba Hotel for example, and Carrot hotel, I was once co-owner there. Anyway, if you like these ideas, try them.

I Think You should make it a Bar place with like incuts with chairs. make sure you have alot of green, Green makes people happy in a room? dont ask me why?
try to mix green and mode together but not in a horrible way. try to have rollers on entry people get p'd of when someone blocks an enry dont that let that happen in your room.
