If someojne reported me i shouldn't get banned unless theres evidence, also habbo dont deal with things like that because as you say, you trade at your own risk.

Going to court? lol that's pointless. They say in the disclaimer that all the items are their intellectual property so when you buy credits you are just donating to them: therefore you have no claim to it and it won't be returned.

You don't own your Habbo furni your mearly renting it therefore its not yours to trade for Runescape stuff
