New banner - How to improve...?

This is a banner i made for my forum. It is not finished but i just dont know what to do to it.... So please give me ideas on how to improve.

make the text on the bottom darker, or make the background darker as it's hard to read/blury

and add some images around it maybe?

Ok il add border. I still need ideas for pictures aswell. And the fonts i chose were to attract teenagers.
