I still think the one in the first page is the better design FOR THIS PROJECT.
Also the name should be PowerFM, two r's is trouble. or without an r people will get confused

The "Poweradio" name is ineffective in my opinion, as if you are not familiar with the site or you're not linked to it, you may have trouble trying to work out what the address is

I wont try to join in with this project as I have other projects of my own and Servers Micro to manage but I wish you the best of luck and the layout redtom displayed was VERY good. I do agree with the power tools being located at power.fm due to more traffic being directed to the site. Simon if this whole set of Power tools succeeds I think they may be used quite allot. Have you ever considered once you finish all your open source projects to release "Premium" version so you can get some money back out of it?
