I am a complete Noobie when it comes to web design, coding and graphics... YES! I admit it but everyone has to start somewhere.

Anyways lets get to the point;;

I Currently Have Dreamweaver, Paint Shop Pro 8 Installed.
I have very little knowledge about this.
Q1: Should I install Photoshop instead of PSP?
Q2: I need some tutorials for webside design with PS/PSP and Drewamweaver
Q3: Regarding hosting and domains, anyone willing to sell me them compatible with D.Weaver and offer help/tutorials on how to upload etc?
