Why are all the badges coming out with white around them?

Edit: sorry I clicked the quote instead of edit - mods please don't infraction.

Edit 2: Just looked at times and I was one minute out of edit so I must have just clicked the first button thinking it was edit - sorry.

Ingame, HabboHotel see's white as transparant/opague

In Macromedia Director it takes white images and makes them transparent or matte depends on what the image is. Most badges have white around them to be "Background Transparent" to remove the background color. Otherwise it messes up and turns yellow.

My favorite is the NO4 one

and the FR9 is probably for the "L.A.P.I.N mission" like you said because Lapin in french means rabbit and it looks like FR9 is of some kind of rabbit.
