They can via *Removed* .. just change the figures..
But the money isnt real runescape money.. u cant buy anything with it etc.. its all clientside

Well, Im not too sure with runescape as ive only experimented with habbo. But i suppose it would be somewhere along the lines of finding the ID for GP and then just changing the values of it.
E.G on private servers, theres a code where its something like 1.1 +5000 1.1 being the ID and +5000 being how much you want to add.
