Perm Bans - Not so perm?

During my IP ban earlier I decided to search through my old accounts. Admittedly, I have a few perm banned ones. But, when I searched them on the new 'Help tool' I was suprised to find this -

Ban reason: Banned for repeated violations of Hotel Rules.
Ban lasts until: Jul 2, 2016 3:06:12 AM

It might just be the longest date Habbo Ltd can put on it and next year it will change. But who knows.

Theres no point in them calling it a 'perm ban' then. Because it isn't permanent. They should just put the date it will be unbanned, insted of giving people false information.

Yeah , I suppose they will be thinking , Who is going to be around in 16 years? That way the servers can clear etc

Think about it.

You will grow up, and unless you intend to become a Hobba or Staff, then chances are you'll lose interest, or they will have a name clearence it your name will be deleted.

Logically, that means the approximate term for a permanant ban is 10 years.
