It's not a link.
It's either Volter with a 1px stroke or Verdana with a 1px stroke.

How do u make ur text have a 1px stroke? soz if im being a pain

If you don't have photoshop.
On paint or something, just put like a black 1pixel border on the text.

Layer>blending Options> Stroke

how do u do it with paint?

In paint you will have to use volter, then draw the 1px border by hand. You can do it on fireworks aswell
