Dermot says No to X FACTOR

Simon Cowell hasn't got long to find a new host for The X Factor.

And it's made even worse by the fact one of his top choices has supposedly turned the job down.

According to the Daily Mirror, Dermot O'Leary has said no thanks to presenting the ITV show.

It's said that although he was flattered by the offer, he couldn't commit because it clashed with filming dates for Big Brother's Little Brother.

And the paper reckons there's even more bad news for Simon...

His next choice as Kate Thornton's replacement, T4's hunky Steve Jones, is also unavailable.

Perhaps Simon will end up fronting it himself?
