Uh, I dont know the whole story but so far it looks like the police didnt work very well. There was a 2 hour gap between the shootings, where were they then? How did they miss him? I dont know the story, but so far it doesnt look good.

32 people killed. 33 included gunman. && yeah. Police didn't work well. After 2 people died && 2 hours pass your gonna sit there && say, "oh, seems like everything's fine. We'll leave it." GO INSIDE && FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON! Go find who did it. Like holy. It took 32+1 to die for them to go inside && investigate. What kind of police force is this?
