    Ok, just a tip to add flavour to baked goods,
    Sprinkle some hash over it before you put it into the oven.

    smoothie i always make.

    cut up strawberries apples bananas and about 10 grapes.
    put skimmed milk in the blender to fill up half of it, and
    quater of the fruit, mix, then add another quater, mix
    then add rest.
    then add quiet a bit of honey/syrup, then mix for 1 second.

    pour it into a cup, drink like that.
    or put some powder or sprinkles or w/e on it.

    Rele good thing

    Ok you will need

    1) A few meatballs
    2) Grated cheese (Doesnt matter witch kind)
    3) Not sure what they are called but the crunchy bread cracker things that are garlicy
    3) Microwave

    First break up the meatballs into small peices in a microwave safe bowl. Next add in the grated cheese. Microwave until it gets hot. Add the crunchy bread stuff and mix up.

    Made it when i was bored sso hope u like it.

    k heres just a few (I make dinner every wednesday for family tonight i'm making malaysian chicken curry)

    Fruit Salad
    Ingredients :-
    Any fruit you like
    Any juice you like 250ml
    Method:-
    Put juice into a tin and chop up fruit.

    EASY lol.

    Fruit Crumble
    Ingredients:-
    100g self Raising flour
    50g margarine
    50g sugar
    Ready prepared filling
    Method:-
    1. Put ready prepared filling into ovenproof dish
    2. In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar, margarine and flour together so it looks a bit yellow.
    3. Sift it through your hand so all the mixture turns into breadcrumb shaped.
    4. Sprinkle mixture onto prepared filling
    5. Cook (not sure about heat) but for 10-15 minuts
    6. EAT yummy

    Bannana Milkshake
    Ingredients:-
    Processor.
    1 Bannana
    Milk
    Method:-
    1. Chop up bannana
    2. Put bannana in processor
    3. Put milk in processor so that its above the amount of bannana
    4. Turn on processor and mix together
    5. drink

    bombay baadboy pot noodle:

    will need:
    pot noodle
    fork/spoon
    kettle


    method:
    swith on the kettle
    peel pot noodle lid off
    take out sachet and pour in sauce
    pour in boiling water to the fill line
    stir and leave for a couple of min
    stir again then eat

    Need:

    1 Banana
    4 scoops of ice cream
    1 spoon
    2 cookies
    1 long bowl

    Cook:

    Put ice cream in the bowl layed out in a row
    Peel banana put on top crunch up both cookies and lay on top and use spoon to eat it.

    Default Bonfire Bean Feast

    ------------------------------Bonfire Bean Feast-----------------------

    1 onion
    1 can hotdogs
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can baked beans
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp mustard powder
    salt & pepper
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    1. Peel and slice onion (Becareful You'll Cry !)
    2. heat oil in pan & fry onion
    3. Add tomatoes, sugar, mustard powder, and cook, stirring for 5 mins
    4. Add the drained hotdogs cut in half.
    5. Add the beans.
    6. Stir gently to heat through

    Serve with mashed or jacket potatoes & Enjoy your nice hot dinner

    The ham sandwitch.


    1. Butter 2 slices of bread.
    2. Lay the ham inside 1 slice of the bread.
    3. Put mayo on, or leave like that, can put cucmber, or w/e.
    4. Put the slice ontop.
    5. Cut
    6. Eat!
    & Get fat with too much mayo. :rolleyes:
