    Best thing i can suggest is to reupload the files from your computer and install it again and see if that works (in case you did something wrong in first install)

    Or check that the database connections are right etc.

    If its on like a PHP webpanel /DJ Panel/Site Well That Means It has been Coded Rong. Or It could Mean a Missing File/folder.

    Or MYSQL Is Not done right.


    OR U need to put it in /Public_Html/ (if its on website) it looks like it is.

    in vbulletin somewere it has site url. try config.php or something close to that.

    dude, just delete it and upload again, thats easiest way, if problem persists, contact vbulletin saying they have a problem.
