it doesn't mean they're not good friends.
it's a personal decision, yeah maybe a bad one, but has no effect on you :|
even if they offered you cigarettes or whatever, it isn't hard to say no.
it would be totally ******ed to ditch your friends just because they smoke.

the majority of my family smokes, i have several freinds who smoke and it's not affecting me.

Ditching a friend because they smoke is not ****** or anything, they might try to get you to start when you don't what too, also people who do not like smoke may not want to be near them at all. But I'm not saying, "yeah ditch them if they smoke they're a bad person", not at all, they're not a bad person cos the smoke.
