    Default Page refresh/reload help

    Hi, I have three frames in one page. One with how many users online, another with a game and another which is a nav.

    I want the users online to refresh every 30 seconds, or a minute. But the code I have refreshes the whole page, so the game reloads.

    I just want the users online to refresh, just one frame. Is there a code? Javascript or html, I don't mind.
