Nah, they wern't really hard when I had them but as people have said above... they are made out to be, but that still means you still should put all your effort in!

Ive had the mock maths and science ones.
Maths 1 - 39 / ? (? because some of the questions werent readable because of poor photocopying)
Maths 2 - No results yet
    Mental - No results yet

But the level 7 boundary is 81+, so I only need 42 in total from the paper 2 and mental to get a 7 (5-7 paper). I thought I did crap on the first one too and still got 39 so hopefully Ill just get like 42 in my test 2 and wouldnt need to take the mental ;D

ive got them and i believe personally they're very important
i dnt want to be in a set that has 30 other class clowns in it
i do want a decent job later in life

i find them hard becoz im not all that clever i usually just get high level 4's and a couple of good 5's

Tbh, everyone thinking their clever because they are doing their sats a year before are lieing, sats are there to test a certain age group, they're not to see if you can get a good mark when you're of a lower age. It's the average for that year group, so theres no point trying to big yourself up to people on the internet, it's pretty sad tbh xox.

They're not pointless, people who leave school at year 11 are sometimes asked what there grades were for sats because their GCSE's are not through yet, they put you into sets for GCSE's, so you might have to be in set one to do higher papers, so yeah. They're not intirely useless

They're also not harder/easier than GCSE's, because when your in year 11 you know all you need to know about whats on the test. Like when your in year 9, you know all you need to know about whats on the test. It just seems like the sats are easier. xox.
