They wouldnt do a maintenance break so early it if isnt a new release:
for normal maintenance the page doesnt have the graggars thing, its just says page cannot be displayed or is still there.
I remember this happening with v12.

Dont think its a new release just because its an early maintenance, they did this about a few weeks ago and it was nothing..
