Look, guys, all of you who want to debate and argue use Private Messages or some other forum, don't argue here... it's just annoying going through pages of people going "its v13" "no its not" "uh uh yes it is" "no you noob" "yes" "no"... and so on...
It might not be v13, so don't say OMG ITS V13 IM 100%, but it's very likely it is...
