Hmm for some reason, my password doesnt work for habbo anymore....

i thought i was hacked at first but i wasnt ;/ i search my name motorollo on console and my account is still there like i left it and my rooms and furni are still there, i am sure my pass is right, but wen i go to use the help tool to recover it they say my email is wrong ;/ and then i say my email is right and ask for them to reset my account my habbo name changes to "-" at the top of the page were it lists ur habbo name

Sounds like a big problem maybe the update messed the system up idk? But yes i suggest you email Habbo they should be able to help you.

So far you are the only person I've heard to report this problem, maybe its not Habbo's problem.

Questions:

• When did this happen? When version 13 was released?
• Create another account and try, it might be with your computer
• Try a different browser
