Hi, I was only like 9 stone about... hmm a year ago, then after 4 months I went up to 11 stone. ;o And an increase of flab lol.
I'm not like "wow look, he's fat" cos you wouldn't think I'm fat if you saw me.. but I want to lose some weight, I did a BMI thing and im just healthy so yah.
I snack a lot, any foods that fill you up for a while?
