If it makes you happy then go ahead with it, but make sure you are not just getting the operation because you want to change what people think of you. It is your body, and remember there are chances it could turn out wrong, if you are needing some help on boosting your confidence, just tell your self every night before you go to sleep and every morning when you wake up 'i'm beautiful and i know it' keep repeating it in your head for ages and soon you will feel and look more confident.

This thread somewhat reminds me of an American plastic surgery show called The Swan.

I don't think there are many chances of the operation going wrong if you are completely sure that the surgeon is qualified. Ive seen on television where women have gone to Mexico for cheap surgery and the anesthetics wore off so they woke up while they were making incisions in her stomach.

Just be catious, and I would say go for it if you think it'll help with your self-esteem or confidence.

If anyone teases you, just call them a name that teases their appearance.

So, if they have big lips, call them "Fish Lips".
If they have a big head, call them "Egg Head"
If they have big eyebrows, call them "Mono-Brow".

Stuff like that will shut them up.
And, If it doesn't work, just go along with how you feel.

Yeah Add, one guy said stuff to me about it.. so I called him fatty, he doesn't do it anymore, so he obviously doesn't like being called fatty. My mate Shona punched him, and he sort of stopped teasing us.. although violence in my books isn't always the answer..

but you'd just be the doing the same if you started calling them. two wrongs don't make a right. ang its totally how u feel about it, but you should be blessed with what you've got. i mean everyone has at least one bad thing about them but if its really affecting you just do what you feel is right

Yeah.. well said, I still need to think about it more, it didn't really matter to me before, but it does now.. I wanna be pretty But I hate my nose it's in the way..

you should be blessed with what you've got.

does make a bit of sence.If it makes you feel more confident with having a nose job then go for it.
