    Default Sleep Patterns

During the past two weeks my sleep pattern has become completely messed up. I've started going to bed about 20 mins earlier than i usually do because i was beginning to feel tired but instead i feel more tired. I've been progressively waking up earlier and earlier each morning and i'm getting very snappy and grouchy. I woke up at 4:30 this morning and my problem is i can't get back to sleep.

Off topic I can dislocate my little finger :B It freaks everyone out lol.

Seriously though, i'm tired as hell and i'm starting to feel really ill. I'm getting aches, becoming weak, feeling nausious and getting headcahes

Go back to your original sleeping time or go to sleep later and then you will wake up later!

    Hope that helped

Or your stressed or worried about something!

Yeah even if you feel tired maybe you should try and stay up a bit later and it might help you sleep for longer.
Also sometimes your body can't relax properly when you're sleeping so you don't really get into a deep sleep therefore when you wake up you feel tired. Maybe you could try going in the bath or something before you go to bed to relax you. This might solve the problem of feeling tired when you wake up

    Hope this helped

Alexay - have you got like GCSE's or exams coming up?

Coz it could be worry or stress from them?

Thats usually a main cause of it!
